The Stirling Ranges, Part 1

The Stirling Ranges. After being markedly impressed by Fitzgerald River National Park and what it had to offer, Delilah and I travelled North to the Stirling Ranges - home to largest peak in WA, the Bluff Knoll.

In this, the first of three parts, join me to discover the majesty of the Stirling Ranges...

Staying in the Mt Trio Bush camp and caravan park on the northern boundary of the national park (http://www.mttrio.com.au/) I was immediately struck by the abundance of wildlife and spanning vistas to take photos of. Overall, I would highly recommend the Mt Trio bush camp and caravan park if you are looking for a campsite away from it all and immersed in nature.

Following a rather relaxing evening around the campsite and an early night I then set about climbing the Bluff Knoll before sunrise... a well worth it trip, lol. Back at the campsite after an earl start I give you all another walk around my campsite setup and a few thoughts on some of the products I bought for the trip and what I might do / add to my campsite equipment before heading to the far north... There will be a short follow up episode shortly just to round off my trip to the Stirling ranges - a beautiful part of Australia.
