Jeep Roscoe Episode 7 part 1: HERE BE GIANTS!

Following a few days spent in and around Albany, we once again pick up our journey west.

In this, the first of a two-part, episode we head towards the tourist towns of Denmark and Walpole nestled among the forests which are home to some of the largest trees in Australia.

Following an attempt to reach the southern most point in WA, Cape West Howe, and exploring a couple of nice beaches, I head for a spot of lunch in Denmark's famous, and award-winning, bakery. From there we spent an anything but peaceful night in Peaceful Bay - watch my set up and cooking time-lapse sequences to get an insight into my daily routine.

The next day we head up to the "Valley of the Giants" for a tree-top walk among the giant red and yellow tingle trees. on a very warm day we seek refuge on the valley floors under the tree canopies. Join us next week as we continue the theme of giants as we head towards Pemberton to climb the huge Gloucester tree - a former watchtower for spotting bushfires, which you can now climb.
