Following a brief hiatus last week (due to technical issues) we continue our adventure, this time heading for Albany on the south coast of WA.
Albany is the largest settlement on the south coast and was the first European settlement in WA. A beautiful part of the world with large igneous intrusions in abundance, plenty of National Parks, Reserves, beaches and wildlife to explore. Join me and Delilah as we explore the Flinders peninsula, including Torndirrup National Park, Stony Hill and the Vancouver peninsula.
More info on Torndirrup National Park can be found here: https://parks.dpaw.wa.gov.au/park/tor...
Ocean & Paddock can be found here: https://oceanandpaddock.com.au/
Big 4 Middleton Beach can be found here: https://www.big4.com.au/caravan-parks...
In this episode you will also see that mood swings can affect both your mental health and physical strength... more on that in the next episode. It is not all rainbows and light. I am thoroughly enjoying my adventures so far but I am looking forward to catching up with relatives when I get to Bunbury.
