Welcome back to Jeep Roscoe. Delilah, my 2015 Jeep Wrangler JK, and I made it across the Nullarbor, the vast plains between South and Western Australia and managed to make it across the Western Australia border before the shut the doors on South Australia.

In this episode, the second part of our trip north to the Western Goldfields of Western Australia we turn back south.

Part 2 rejoins the story in Gwalia, the old abandoned ghost town next to a gold mine. We pick up where we left off, tucking into a 100% plant based burger. The "Beyond Burger" from Beyond Meat is, according to their website, "... a plant-based burger that looks, cooks, and satisfies like beef. It has all the juicy, meaty deliciousness of a traditional burger, but comes with the upsides of a plant-based meal." Well, did it? let's find out! Following the night in Gwalia we turn South to see some sculptures by world renown artist in the middle of nowhere and try to get some good photos... will the weather play nice?

More information on the sculptures at Lake Ballard, part of the "inside Australia" exhibit can be found here: http://lakeballard.com/
